And in 2020, I learned of Dr. Balcetis's book which was written for the general public entitled Clear Closer Better, How Successful People See The World.
And I read both the hard copy of the book and listened to the audio book and I absolutely loved the material as you'll learn directly from Dr. Balcetis today how people visualize a problem that is whether or not they think of a goal or a problem as residing at the top of a very steep hill or on the top of a shallower hill.

I once heard it described in this I think it was a Augustine Burrow's book Dry where he used an alcohol he said that the first drink he had it felt like this magic elixir that that meshed with the physiology of his blood in the most seamless way and as I was reading this I thought oh my goodness first of all that's the most foreign experience for me in terms of alcohol and second gosh that must be terrible and you can but at the same time you could really understand why someone would be drawn to that so

Actually Tim Ferris I should say the great Tim Ferris because I do have great respect for the fact that he seems to be about 10 years ahead of everything in terms of nutrition and skill learning and things that sort many of the things that he predicted in his books. The four hour body and the four hour chef actually turned out to be true based on scientific data some of which only exists in the animal models but now also some predictions that played out to be true in both the animal models and the human models so I think Tim certainly deserves a hat tip for the fact that he experimented with these methods and reported his experiences with those methods and that now some of them many of them have been validated by what I perceive to be quality science.

Why they didn't include that in the title is I think a reflection of the sort of bias of the author.
