It was described as a raw and vulnerable memoir detailing Jada Pinkett Smith's life, from her difficult childhood to her career in Hollywood and her marriage to Will Smith. The book explored themes of loss, identity, and the importance of self-love.

"

When I go in search of the origins of my broken heart, it is the sense of not being the priority to the two people who gave me life that creates a fracture in my feeling of what?

It's like our parents are like our first mirrors. And so my parents were really young when they had me. I mean, my mom was 17, 17, 18. She was 17 when she was pregnant. I think she was 18 by the time she had me. So youth on top of addiction.

The rejection was brutal. Something broke inside me. My grief was oceanic. I put it on a library shelf labeled unlovable and I tried to leave it there.

Don't judge a book by its cover. That's what Will Smith taught me.

If I got to 4pm every day I was like I made it I made it.

"

How about some statins?

So on the statins issue and the cholesterol issue, traditionally, Steve, for decades, and even now, the one of the primary focus within medicine, within cardiology to combat heart disease was to get your so-called bad cholesterol LDL as low as possible.

And there's a line in that, which I mentioned in my book, where he said, you can be an obese, diabetic, sedentary smoker, but as long as your cholesterol is low enough, in other words to LDL cholesterol, you will not develop heart disease.

One study found that marathon runners experience a frequency of heart attacks and strokes similar to people who already have heart disease, suggesting too much exercise is harmful, which is in your book, Statin Free.

I will link your books below in the description for anybody that wants to read them. These two books in particular, the one that I can't pronounce, the P.O.P. P.O.P. Diet, a 21 day lifestyle plan, lose weight, feel great and drastically reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease and a statin free life, a revolutionary life plan for tackling heart disease without the use of statins.

The narrative out on the market is you have to do 10,000 hours to learn anything.

Yes, or 40 minutes a day for about a month.

The TED talk for The First 20 Hours did very well and I think part of it has to do with it's something we all have in common right like wanting or needing to learn something necessary useful fun cool not really having a whole lot of time like we're busy people we're busy culturally and so there's a bit of a conflicting desire there of like yeah I want I want to learn this but I don't have a whole lot of capacity to spare here.
