You can actually go to his website...Just look up Dave Grohl Sound City. You can download it for 12 bucks and it's worth every goddamn penny.

It's about this studio uh Sound City where basically I would say maybe 40% it seemed of every fucking awesome album you've ever downloaded or ever wanted to get over the last 40 years was made um in this studio...

and uh Dave Grohl actually bought the soundboard when it was going out of business. He bought the soundboard so that kind of starts it off...

...and when that fucker comes out on DVD I'm gonna buy it...I don't like downloading shit and then just you know then it's just on this thing and then this thing dies and then that thing fucking crashes and then I don't have it anymore you know what I mean I don't like that shit...

and the cover of it is her just standing there with their arms extended out, you know, taking a picture with the pouty lips and her hair all wet.

I just can't imagine anybody has taken enough selfies that it could fill up a fucking book and that you would think that someone would want to buy it and then somebody does and then you're married to it.

He put a great book out called Never Gymless a few years back, and I've been using it on a daily basis to keep in shape.

Ross is a bare-knuckle, no bullshit kind of guy. I think you'll enjoy the book if you're into using your own body weight to keep in shape.

Yeah, I'll check it out, Never Gymless. That's oddly comforting, the gym will always be there, and those times when you can't work out, those were the times when I carried you.

They all had this supernatural fucking gift. So one of them could swallow the ocean So he fucking so one of the fishermen goes hey, can you do me a favor?

Can you can you drink up all the ocean so I can walk out and pick up all the fish and the kid goes? Yeah, no problem. All right, but here's the thing. I can only hold it for so long

So when I start waving my arms, that means to come back in so I don't spit it out and you drown The guy's like yeah, no problem. So he fucking drinks the whole fucking thing up. Those cheeks are all puffed out

I mean, you know as far as physics goes it makes no fucking sense His cheeks should be three-quarters the size of the globe as far as I'm concerned, right but they weren't he just had him all puffed

Out like it took a big drink of water. So the fucking guy goes out there He starts picking up the fish and blah blah blah blah blah So the kid starts waving his arms and the guy gets greedy. He doesn't turn back

He's still looking at the fish and finally kid can't hold it. He fucking spits the ocean back out and the guy drowns This is a kid's book by the way

So one of the kids the X-Men kids his brothers is he's like, hey, man Listen, I'd swallowed the ocean and drowned this guy and they want to burn me to death fire doesn't hurt you Can you fucking show up for my execution tomorrow? And like alright

So he goes down there and they try to burn him to death and it doesn't fucking work And then they try to do something else I can't remember what stab him to death and the other kid can't get fucking stabbed

So he shows up long story short. They try to kill this kid fucking four or five times They can't do it and then the end of the book they're like, well, I guess we can't kill him

And that's how it ends as far as I remember. So I'm ordering that book today. I got I gotta remember how that goes alright

I'm still reading that Steeler's book, you know, I've been watching TV with my wife at night because, uh, you know, what kind of dealing with the kiddo here all day long except when she takes the nap and then I go out and practice drums and I work out and then she's up and then and then that's it. That's our day. But I've been working my way through this, uh, this book on the Pittsburgh Steelers called Their Life's Work and it's come to their first playoff game of their first Super Bowl season and they're playing the Oakland Raiders.

And the entire game is up on YouTube and Curt Gowdy is the announcer and Dandy Don Meredith, I believe is the guy doing the color and I have to tell you it is such a fucking man's game.
