All of my books are a part of it, depending on what your goal is. And Heavily Meditated is the most important.
It contains all this stuff I couldn't talk about 15 or 20 years ago, back when I was starting the biohacking movement. Heavily Meditated is the blueprint for mastering mental and emotional resilience.
So you've referenced Heavily Meditated a few times and you were gracious enough to send me a copy before release, which is out now at the time of the release of this episode.
When you read Heavily Meditated, it is the laundry list of everything that we know about that you can do to be in charge of your state. You are not meant to do everything in this book because it's going to take a long time.

Your latest book, The Art of Spending Money, has changed my household because I don't have to talk about finances anymore.
I had spent 13, 15 years as a finance writer... but if you asked me what are my philosophies and thoughts around spending money, I would have drawn a blank.
Spending money impacts every single person on the planet in some way or another, from the very richest to the very poorest.

You have a new book coming out, Super Agers. What I love about this book is that it's evidencebased, not hyperbole or theory, and it talks about real data and how to help people.
When I was growing up I saw many relatives die young, so I wondered if I was doomed. That's why we did the Welderly study, finding 1,400 people around age 89 who never got sick and weren't on medication, and we sequenced their genomes to see why they're Super Agers.
There's a small genetic component, but it's far less than we assumed, which was liberating; the real answer seems to be lifestyle, diet, exercise, sleep and purpose.
In Super Agers I reviewed how the immune system is a huge factor - immunosenescence and inflammaging drive agerelated disease, and many Super Agers simply have a robust immune response.
A Super Agers book is the fourth book I've written about the future of medicine, continuing the evidencebased approach to prevention and longevity.
