Recently updated your book, The Case for Christmas, and the, in Hobby Lobby has purchased 1 million copies and is giving them away for free.

I learned a lot this year. And I say that because about 20 years ago, I did a book called The Case for Christmas. And it came out, I don't know, back in 2002, something like that. And now the new book is a complete rewrite and complete revision and updating of that book.

And I learned so much in the research of that book that changed my perspective on Christmas, changed my perspective on the Gospels, changed my perspective on Jesus.

The Book of Enoch was discovered and the book of giants... it's part of the ancient traditions that talk about the giants and the watchers that became the nephilim.

There's actually three books of Enoch, First, Second, and Third Enoch. The one that's typically referred to as The Book of Enoch is First Enoch.

So I'm giving you the AQ 2.0 book.

Viktor Frankl who's this amazing psychologist who was a holocaust survivor and he wrote Man's Search For Meaning a book after he survived the death camps and he was somebody who while he was in the death camp said I'm going to take control of my experience because mentality is everything that it's not the meaning of something is determined by my own view of it and I'm going to turn this horrible experience into a stronger better person rather than allowing this experience to make me a worse person

I've been talking to people like you and Lee Strobel and John Burke and priests... and I've even read the Book of Mormon to understand different perspectives.

Your latest book, Forever Strong, A New Science-Based Strategy for Aging Well, became a New York Times and Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestseller.

You got more books coming out? I have two more books coming out. One, it comes out in a year, and then in the following year. The next book is going to be a manual. So it'll go with Forever Strong. The book after that is one for women.

You're also the author of the number one New York Times bestseller, Outlive, The Science and Art of Longevity.

I did The 4-Hour Workweek.

The 4-Hour Body was 2010, which meant I started writing in 2008. So I remember having a first-generation continuous glucose monitor.

The philosophy of stoicism and people can certainly find a lot of great books written contemporary, you know, in a contemporary sense by Ryan Holiday, The Obstacle Is the Way. I actually produced the audio book for that book.

I've read The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People many times.

The first chapter of Genesis, God created the heavens and the earth.

The heavens and the earth. You go to Ezekiel. Ezekiel saw the wheel. He talks about a wheel, a wheel within a wheel, which you would describe what a traditional UFO would be today if you were, you know, the saucer thing.

First chapter of Ezekiel. Go back and read it, and you'll think you're on acid or something.

Ernest Becker wrote a lovely book called The Denial of Death. And he says, like, the driving force of the modern world is this concept of immortality cults.

I mean, books like, you know, Johnny Tremaine, The Iliad, The Odyssey, some Chronicles of Narnia books.
