And man, I read that book a while ago. Man, it's good. It's really fascinating. It's so dark.

And I am obsessed with the book series called Amelia's Notebook, kind of like Diary of a Wimpy Kid where it's made to seem like a young girl's journal.

And then I found a new book. It's called Quit Lit. I didn't know that was a thing. Quit Lit. I've never heard of that. I hadn't either. Like, you know, all the sobriety books I read that are like, here's how to do it. And here's what worked for me. And here I am a woman and we can do it. It's called Quit Lit, which I love. Isn't that great?

The book is called Push Off from Here by Laura McCowan. And she wrote the book, We Are The Luckiest, which talks about her adventures in addiction and recovery from alcohol.

So it's not just about alcohol, it's about life. And it's just such a beautiful book.

I love the idea of Push Off from Here where it's like, okay, things might be bad. You might've made bad decisions. You think it's over. You think you're a failure or you think you're a loser.
