I love this book because it has a lot of what I try to send along to people and know your value a message of communicating effectively give me 10 seconds on smart give me some brevity on Smart Brevity.

Yeah this empowers any communicator whether you're just graduating whether you're an intern, whether you're a mogul we show you the secret sauce of how to say more with less and be heard.

I want to reference a few things that are in your shot. First of all, from your latest book, great important book, just To Risk It All. Could you, for somebody that's getting up, getting ready to go to work, maybe somebody who's getting ready to start college or maybe start a new career, what's a lesson they can draw from the book today?

In the book, To Risk It All, we talk about the need for decision-makers to be very clear-eyed about facts.

Scott's new book by the way it's fantastic it is is entitled The Algebra of Wealth that is a fabulous read as well.

The new book is The Algebra of Wealth, a simple formula for financial security for suppressor marketing at the NYU Stern School of Business.

And we're talking about it. It doesn't seem so simple to me. And we're talking about everything but his book.

So Scott, let's get into your book. But first, run through if you will. I've seen you talk about this in speeches. Talk about how the system is rigged.

Find your focus and your talent. Find your passion is terrible advice. The person telling you to find your passion is already rich. Find something to be great at, maybe in the top 10 percent. And this is key that has a 90 plus percent employment rate. And the less sexy it is, the more likely your return on your human capital is going to be greater.

Money, in fact, you write in the book, is happiness. Contrary to what you heard, not in some flip way, but in that your health care is better. Your housing is better. It affords you a lifestyle that's actually better for you and your happiness.

Yeah, they don't like Prince. There's really no sympathy for Prince Harry from the book he wrote and for the tell all.

The book's title, Spare, refers to a phrase that Harry writes King Charles used to refer to Harry, his second son as his spare or backup heir since he'd already secured an heir in Harry's older brother.

A physical altercation between Harry and his brother, Harry's admission that he killed 25 people in Afghanistan and to claim William and Catherine, then William's girlfriend encouraged him to dress as a Nazi at a costume party are all revelations included in that memoir.

I don't see it as cutting at all. You know, my brother and I love each other. I love him deeply.

There has been a lot of pain between the two of us, especially the last six years. None of anything that I've written and anything I've included is ever intended to hurt my family, but it does give a full picture of the situation as we were growing up. And also, squash is this idea that somehow my wife was the one that destroyed the relationship between these two brothers.

In my piece I talk about this famous Hayek book, of course, The Road to Serfdom.

You know I will reveal my ideology but in Hayek's The Road to Serfdom the introduction. One of the introductions last introduction was by Milton Friedman and he was talking about capitalism versus communism.

It's not an ambivalent relationship with Texas. It's not like Faulkner's. I love the South. I hate the South.

But it is just so fascinating about how you really love Texas. You identify as Texas, as a Texan. But then you look back at what happened then, what's happening now. And it is it is a very, very complicated relationship you have with that state.

Yes, it is. And I'm actually in Austin now and it's one hundred three degrees, so it's quite complicated.

I think of community and family when I think of Texas. That's what draws me to the place. But I know that there are lots of problems and certainly the country is aware of Texas problems because it's in the news quite a bit.

But I just have hope for it.
