Yeah, I mean, and I go back to it at different times because it was recommended to me by one of my kids' therapists and then in just a lot that I was experiencing at the time because he does different studies with veterans and alcoholics and other people that experience trauma. But then once they got the right therapies and they were able to rewire their brain, like they could see again or walk again, like crazy things of how your body keeps the score.
