I mean, talk about how judicial decisions regarding section 230 have created the conditions that allow websites to basically not take any responsibility for their users actions and indeed even create incentives, not to protect the privacy of individuals so

quote civil rights are considered fundamental because they enable us to flourish as whole individuals and active members of society.

But by my lights intimate privacy is a foundational value and it deserves protection as a moral right as a as a human right and as a civil right so intimate privacy refers to the privacy around how we manage the boundaries around our bodies, our health, our innermost thoughts which we frankly document every second we search we browse we share we text we communicate our sexual orientation or gender or sexual activity, and our close relationships and intimate privacy is we all need it to flourish.

I will say that Justice of the Miores my beloved world for folks who haven't read it is a genuinely excellent and beautifully written book so highly recommend that and I am looking forward to Justice Jackson's.

Paulie Murray is credited by Ruth Bader Ginsburg in you know some of the first briefing around using the 14th Amendment to protect women at the time that RBG puts Paulie Murray on the brief, but I think that Paulie Murray is this wears Waldo of not just you know civil rights and racial justice but gender justice.

I loved The School for Good Mothers although I recommended it to a friend who after just like you didn't warn me about how hard a read this book is and so I feel like I should warn our listeners. It's amazing but very, very wrenching.
