Bush and Cheney in the White House
This book was referenced to describe former President George W. Bush's mindset in the immediate aftermath of 9/11, suggesting he felt the response to the attacks should be broader than simply targeting Osama bin Laden.

We wrote a book, Our Man in Mexico.
The story that I tell in Our Man in Mexico is Lee Harvey Oswald, the man who will be accused of killing the president and who will deny it and then be killed in police custody, goes to Mexico City six weeks before the assassination and visits the Cuban consulate and the Soviet embassy seeking to get a visa to travel to Cuba.
What the CIA told the Warren Commission was we didn't know anything about this guy. We knew so little about him, we didn't even get a picture of him, a surveillance picture of him.
As I report in Our Man in Mexico, the station chief in Mexico City, Winn Scott, said specifically that was not true.
This new movie, which is about the origin story of Donald Trump, was the main focus of the interview segment. The author/reporter explained that the film focused on Trump's formative years up to 1987, particularly his relationship with his mentor, Roy Cohn, and how that molded his personality.
Let's go ahead and take a look. We got a little bit of the trailer of this movie to give people a little taste.

This movie is a really emotional rollercoaster ride about how he came from his, you know, kind of anonymous Queen's background and set himself on the course to becoming president. It's the origin story. It's a Frankenstein story about how Roy Cohn, played brilliantly by Jeremy Strong from Succession, taught Donald Trump the lessons, molded his personality in a way that he displays every day today.
The movie ends in 1987, so it doesn't touch anything to do with current events.
I think of Donald Trump, regardless of what you think of his politics is he's this, you know, epic character that has changed the culture. And so I think he's worthy of a cinematic treatment in the same way that any other, you know, great movie character is.
As the movie has debuted, they've apparently sent a cease and desist letter to try and block the film's release.
