the last chapter is be grateful in spite of your suffering and certainly maintaining that gratitude is something I've struggled with

it looks like the black counterpart to the white book the previous book out today

I wrote a lot of it while I was extremely ill and there were some advantages to that I think in that I only kept that material that I felt was reliable under duress

one concentrates the first onean antidote to chaos 12 rules for life an antidote to chaos does concentrate on the consequences of excess uncertainty and the second book concentrates more on an excess of of of order

If you thought 12 were enough, you were wrong, there's 12 more.

It was, well let me just say it this way, chatting with him for those two hours, although we've texted a bunch, we've talked on the phone a bunch in these last two years, I did see him once in the midst of all of this to sit down with him again and unfortunately we had to do it via Skype because in Canada

just to even be able to do this thing with him and see him back, it feels right to me. It feels like a little order has been put back into the universe and we've needed it desperately.

the book, 12 Rules and the new book they're about going from chaos to order we've had such chaos for the last two years and I think before Jordan went away he was adding such order to the world I really do think he was and I can even feel it even for me having him back having that interview posted reading your comments about the way he helped you in your personal life I know it because it's the same way he helped me I think we could start adding a little order to the universe

It's a proclamation to take on the work and some of the people who actually don't even know that they are work or that they've subscribed to this ideology.

If we want to go back to the center and in other words, if we want to address some of the most confounding issues of our day, that you have to go back to that table and in good faith and say and be open and honest. These are the problems we are having.

The issues of Islam and immigration and the integration or the attempts to try and develop programs to assimilate Muslim minorities into European societies.

What I'm proposing in the book is not authoritarianism. It's like let's develop programs that introduce to young men from societies that are misogynistic and homophobic. Where male aggression is either encouraged or people are powerless to do anything about it. When these young men come into our societies, let's socialize them into freedom, equality, human rights. Let's respect their dignity, their human rights and teach them to respect that of others.
