The book is a compilation of letters Bezos wrote to his shareholders, detailing the company's progress and outlining his business principles. The speaker found the Flywheel Principle particularly insightful, as it illustrated how different aspects of Amazon's business worked together like a flywheel, with each vertical generating momentum for the others.

"

One of the books that I'm reading right now is The Bezos Letters.

Jeff Bezos is a, man, he's a brilliant. He's probably a savant in business.

And so essentially, Jeff Bezos, he would write these letters to his shareholders, which he calls share owners.

And so every year he would write them telling them about the business, how the company is going. And so an author, Jeff Bezos, would compile these end of the year letters that he was in.

And he basically understood that he had like 14 principles and he broke those principles up into three phases, build, accelerate, and scale.

One of the dopest chapters for me is the Flywheel Principle.

And essentially it talks about how, and this let me know like, man, I was on the right track of what I'm doing because you have credit fixer business, credit fixer DIY, credit fixer family mailer, all these different verticals within credit fixer.

And it's almost like a flywheel. And so if you notice what Jeff Bezos has been doing with Amazon, he has, of course, you got Amazon stores, you got Audible.

He acquired Harvard.

He acquired a Whole Foods.

You see? So what he did was, and his vision has always been like this.

I think he wrote this particular letter back in like 1998, I want to say.

So he, his vision has always been there in like, you know, for me, like credit repair is what we're solving.

Somebody told me this book, man, gave me this book as a recommendation. And it was really just a matter of understanding what I needed to look for.

A lot of times in business, we look for the how am I going to get to the next level? How am I going to make five million? How am I going to make 10 million? Instead, we need to be looking for the who is going to help me make five million. Who's going to help me make 10 million.

I knew I needed a who, but I didn't know how I would get the who.

I knew what I needed, but I didn't know how to go about doing it. And if and it turns out that I didn't really need a how I needed the who.

They just needed who and who was me and my partner.

I think you know because when I've loaned from a policy it becomes debt Technically and then it does keep earning interest, right? Because if I pass the debt gets paid off for my death benefit thought it so it is a form of debt in the policy I think using debt if you do it the right way, like I think Robert Kiyosaki has it nailed down If you're using debt the right way, it's a solid way to to really build a nest egg really a net worth So, how did he build that billion dollar real estate portfolio? Was it all debt all debt all OPM other people's money interest, right? And so he's just building it and building it with other people's money and it's it's a smart play I mean if you can if you would you rather borrow the bank's money and pay them back Or would you rather borrow someone else's money going to debt and pay them back? Hmm, I rather else's money why because I can pay you back sooner and it's gonna be less interest Oh because the interest is lower. Yeah, we get to dictate the interest together. Got it, right? That's seller financing, right?

Because when you have that and you go outside and your skin is so painful because it's bright red, like to literally like imagine burning your face. It's just a pure burn all the time.

And so it was low dose Accutane. So it was 20 milligram pills when I started every other day.

And then eventually for a long period of time, I did one pill on Monday, one pill on Thursday. And it ends up going into your bloodstream and affecting your sebaceous glands at such a low point. You don't get one of the side effects.

And then once I was off that in six months after because your skin's so fragile, the second treatment was V-beam laser. So a V-beam laser shrinks blood cells and that like the two of those.

Hmm, and I think I found how because that's how I got the there's a device that I would like to at some point, you know shout out to like Elon Musk, you know, Billy Carson even Joe Rogan, you know, because it's all about connecting people and putting the pieces together because we all have pieces of the puzzle.
