The book was presented as a guide to reclaim health by taking personal ownership and redesigning one's life at the cellular level.
Hi and welcome back. I'm so glad you're back here with me this week. Well, today you get the pleasure of meeting my friend Justin Rothling Schofer, founder of Own It Coaching, 10year health and performance director in the NCAA and National Hockey League, threetime bestselling author, also the author of the upcoming book The Power of Ownership.
That's exactly why I wrote that book. In the book The Power of Ownership I redeem your health, live life by design and break the relentless pursuit of normal.
What I'm going to get from the book versus coming to see you speak or working with you is that in the book The Power of Ownership you actually empower yourself to understand what to look at, what questions to ask, how to prioritize, and then actually provide you a blueprint that you can formulate and optimize for where you are in this season of life.
The Power of Ownership is not just something you read but something you would constantly revisit; it's almost becomes like this blueprint, this toolkit that you can come back to and say, okay where am I at currently, what am I currently going through.
You can find the book at thepowerofownershipbook.com and it drops April 23rd, with preorder bonuses, early access to the vault and a lot of really cool resources.

The book introduced a scientific approach to interviewing, outlining four interview styles and encouraging selfawareness to improve both candidate and hiringmanager performance.
And today we've got Anna Papalia, the author of Interviewology, the new science of interviewing and career influencer.
I really wanted to, with this book and my research, change this conversation to be, "No, first identify who you are because an interview ultimately is a set of questions about you, develop your selfawareness and be that..."
My book is chock full of client stories, right? It would be a really boring book if I just talked about the interview style.
You can buy my book on Amazon or any of your preferred retailers.

I actually wrote a book. It's called Stop, Snap and Switch.
So there's a strategy called Stop, Snap and Switch. And what it is, we have between 30,000 and 70,000 thoughts a day that run through our mind. Research shows that about 85% of those thoughts are negative.
You stop and you snap. Stop the, you recognize the thought. You stop it. You snap the bracelet and you switch it over to the other hand. You say the opposite of the negative thought. It's called stop, snap, and switch.
If you do that, anybody, I guarantee you, do it. Have your kids do it. Have your spouse do it. Have your friends do it. Like, stop, snap, and switch.
