Dershowitz argued that Hamas is a terrorist organization and should be eradicated, noting that they hide among civilians, resulting in collateral damage. He also criticized the media for its biased reporting on the conflict, particularly CNN and the New York Times, which he said often blamed Israel for the deaths of civilians.

"

The book, I'm basically an atheist, not Jewish. Had a step-grandfather who was a Hungarian Jew who fled during World War II because his family was being exterminated. And I learned a lot from him, and I've always just been a fan of the Jews without any attachment to them. Spiritual attachment, but not religious attachment. But I've always been like, the Jews aren't the problem. Wherever they are, they're not the problem, and that's just my bird's eye view of the Jews, and I've never wavered from it, and it's even stronger today. I can't figure out why so many people don't share that opinion.

I'm a fan of a lot of Jews. I'm also an enemy of a lot of Jews. I'm an enemy of Norman Finkelstein, who was a Jewish anti-Semite. Gertrude Stein, who supported Adolf Hitler and nominated him for the Peace Prize, the Nobel Peace Prize. So there are good Jews and there are bad Jews, and there are religious Jews and there are secular Jews like me, but the one thing that unites all Jews is that so many people hate us without understanding, without any good reason. They just hate Jews. Sometimes it comes from the right, sometimes it comes from the left. Today it even comes from the center, and people forget that the attack on Jews didn't start when Israel went into Gaza. It started the day after the horrible barbarism of October 7th, when women were raped and children beheaded and burned. That's when the attack on Jews began.

I think people don't realize that in any war, there's a ratio of civilians to combatants. And I know maybe Iraq, it was three or four to one with America, three or four civilians per soldier. I think Israel's got it down to two to one, which is statistically low, which is all stuff that nutty emotional people don't want to hear, but it actually makes a difference when you're talking about this.

The book is called War Against the Jews, How to End Hamas Barbarism, and also you should check out War on the Woke as well because Alan is, I don't know, I find you fascinating, I admire your energy, I admire your stamina, 85 years young, still a flamethrower, still bringing it. I'll tell Mark Geragos you said hi when we wrap it up here. Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, happy Kwanzaa to everybody.

The same thing is true in universities today. There's nobody there to stand for principle. Everybody is part of a group. Today, when you go to college, you specialize in black studies or in women's studies or in gay studies. You don't specialize in learning. You don't specialize in learning how to think.
