The Running Man A Novel

I did not know that it was a Stephen King book. I thought it was an original idea... It was written in 1982... It was one of the books he wrote under his pseudonym, Richard Backman.

I read the book as a teenager. I read the book before I'd seen the Schwarzenegger film, so I was aware that it was drastically different. I was always interested in doing a new adaptation because I thought this book hadn't really been adapted.

There's a lot of comps between the Truman Show and Running Man.

The original Stephen King book takes place in 2025.

It's not, it's a full book.

man, oh man, I enjoyed that man. Man, I enjoyed the hell out of it.

It's so different than the fucking movie.

But it's a trip. It's nothing at all like the movie.
