What is this book about? Leadership.

I was fascinated watching the world during COVID at how leaders were managing during this incredible crisis.

It takes a lot of empathy and a lot of courage. You have to put yourself in everybody else's shoes and really know what they're feeling.

You have to very carefully balance optimism with realism, making sure that you don't in any way kill people's hope or douse it at all, but also making sure you're preparing people for the worst.

Bob Eiger interesting guy he's really a company he's very very accomplished yeah accomplish you can be yeah I mean he's the chairman of Disney or the president of the no chairman CEO Disney and he has been he just wrote a book himself called right of a lifetime I'm now selling his book
