So tell me about this record because I was looking at a bunch of the tracks and it's called This Country Music Thing, which I think of you as somebody who does traditional, straight ahead country music.
It's named after a song on the record that I wrote by myself and never thought it would end up on a record, but my producer, that was his number one pick for this record.
And I'm thinking this is so outside of what I normally sing about. And he said, that's what I love about it. He said, it's kind of like a rap song.
The new album, This Country Music Thing, it is out today.
