I feel like most guys just shut up most of the time because they're just like I don't you know I want to say this thing and I'm not I'd like something to get done I'd like to say it the last time I said it turned into something right and all just not say it even though I'm not saying it is a criticism it's going to be interpreted as something and instead I'll just eat it and not say anything which which most guys end up doing a lot I think probably women and do it as well.
It's not biologically natural for people to respond to is really criticism without becoming defensive and so I asked myself is there a way around that.
