East of Eden (Oprah's Book Club)

Our first, and so for our only book we've done is East of Eden, which I'd never read. And I know is a classic, but it was riveting. Yeah. And I absolutely loved it.

This month, we discussed one of my favorite books, East of Eden by the great John Steinbeck. The book is just phenomenal. It's an exploration of what America means and biblical stories of Cain and Abel and Adam and Eve.

This month's book is one of my very favorites, East of Eden by John Steinbeck. It is a just beautiful book. It is an easy read, not a hard read. It's all about America and Cain and Abel and deep human problems. Steinbeck considered it his masterwork. It definitely is.

It is a beautiful retelling of biblical stories about Adam and Eve and Cain and Abel. It's also a piece of magnificent Americana.

I don't know what it is about this book but I mean, I've not read a book since that has impacted me as deeply.

There's so many philosophical discussions throughout the book that really make you think about your own life and there are so many great characters that again can help you reflect on yourself in your own life.

It was the first book I ever read and it was life-changing for me. Not only was weirdly comforting but it also provided different perspectives for me and I think that that's what makes a good book is a book that really makes you think about yourself and makes you reflect on your own behavior and I feel like East of Eden really did that for me.

I'm reading east of eden right now by john steinbeck. It's an amazing book. It's very interesting. It's very um engaging the beginning is a little bit slow like the first chapter or so is a little bit slow But then it picks up and it's great

It's a classic book and I remember the first day I got it I put my phone down. I turned all my music off And I laid in bed and I started reading

And as I was flipping to the second page, I realized that I had Absorbed no information from the first page.

I Tried to get through the first five pages and I couldn't do it. I couldn't focus And I felt terrible about myself.

I read about 30 pages Of this book I got fully sucked in And Immediately I was like this moment just changed my life and I know that that's stupid but it isn't though because I've realized something crazy and it's that
