So in your latest book, you talk about 10 lessons on truth, service, and the way forward. I'm curious if you could share one of those 10 lessons that has surprised you in terms of how people have responded to it.
One of the lessons in my field that I think is always the number one lesson to be learned, including the challenges that we face with emerging and re-emerging infections, which has been an area that I have been intensively involved in, is that is to expect the unexpected.
