I loved doing 75 Hard because it got me back to that mindset of floating between being tactical and strategic, being committed to what I said I'm going to do, and then coming up with plans.
And I think that's the problem is people, they have all these ideas as to what they want to do in life, but they don't take the time to actually think about that. They're emotional. They're not logical.
And I told him, I'm like, hey, I know 75 hard probably isn't the right thing for you right now in your life, but the book is.
Even if you don't do 75 hard, buy the book, follow it.
