The hardest? I think being really vulnerable about my drinking for real, because I talked about it when I was on the talk. I talked about it. Yes, I had an issue, but I don't even think I actually admitted it to myself.

Honestly, my DUI. My DUI was the time that not even just the moment of the DUI, it was when I couldn't drink. So I had 56 days where I couldn't drink. And I was so scared of that 56 days because I couldn't remember a time where I hadn't drank.

At the start, I definitely tried to write it like an interview and Cathy actually checked me on that because she was like, look, I don't wanna take you back to trauma but you need to emote for people to understand where you're coming from.

I feel real naked.

I definitely was like, do I really want to put this stuff out here? But I was like, I think it's important. I think it's important for myself. I think it's important for my kid.

What you reveal you can heal.

The hardest? If anything. No, there was yeah, listen, I tried...we was editing kind of and then I was like, fuck it, um, lots of it. I think being really vulnerable about my drinking, for real.

I was so nervous, I was so angst, and I'm an anxiety-ridden person, which is why I drink and smoke so much weed to try to chill myself out.

I was in a place in my life where I wasn't going to those tools of drinking and doing other things to help me cope with my anxieties.

I had to go to other modalities like therapy as people will read it all was my stuff has nothing to do with her.

It was all these things coming from the industry I think also had a lot to do with it of being the one female you know thinking like well how can she be here and how can I be here which is stupid.

I was in a place in my life where I wasn't going to those tools of drinking and doing other things to help me cope with my anxieties.

dear Eve, the various things that you share recently are groundbreaking in my opinion for so many reasons first thank you the love of grace the love of emotion and spirituality maturity it takes to be this vulnerable and transparent is a sign of true peace happiness fulfillment and a mastery of self-control and self-discipline
