An Enemy of the People

Strong won an Emmy for that performance and a Tony for his recent starring role on Broadway in Ipsen's An Enemy of the People.

I saw the enemy of the people that I already say that I started this podcast over already because I didn't think it was fucking funny enough so I just started it over.

I mean, brain is on a fucking loop. If I didn't mention, if I already mentioned and I apologize, it started Michael and Perry or Perry Oli and Jeremy Strong was amazing.

The play was over 100 years old and what it was about still applies today like if somebody told me somebody wrote that play last year other than the way they were dressed, I would have believed it.

No disrespect to extinction rebellion, but if you're putting on Ebsen's and enemy of the people on Broadway in 2024, it's already a bell climate change and everyone in that crowd believes in climate change.

The play follows a doctor played by Strong who discovers his town's bathhouse is contaminated and who must go up against his brother, the town's mayor, played by Imperialie when he attempts to let the public know the truth.
