It is a problem. And it will mean that by mid century, by the end of the century, we will be much better off, but slightly less much better off than we otherwise would be.

we're being asked to consider, or many people are just saying we should do policies that are going to be phenomenally expensive, but actually deliver fairly little benefit in terms of climate.
