And it's very hard to believe you are where you are because there is Moscow all around you with all the noise, all the horns, all the sort of diesel fumes, all the stress.
And inside you're in another world.
And it must be very difficult for somebody who works in the Kremlin to relate to what's going on outside and you are actually physically higher up because it's on a hill.
