But even now when I was reading this, I go, this guy did this but in the military, I mean, and we'll get into how that affected other other ships in the meantime because I think you there's no way it'd face a ton of pushback.
This line from your book here is if your bosses see you acting independently and they don't have to worry about your judgment they will give you more independence and freedom and you can use that to innovate and improve your ship.
