I can't recommend enough. You know a lot of times you get books and stuff in the mail and I buy Jocko's books I don't even need some PR person to send it because they're real stories about real people in real time taking responsibility

It's one thing to write about leadership and write about it and kind of third-person terms Jocko tells real stories haven't been on the ground. It was a great book It really opened my eyes to a lot of things go check him out and again check out the Jocko podcast

I got an awesome book I'm reading by a good friend of mine who is who I think is the premier leadership expert on the planet right now. Jocko Willink, great, great, great man. Super intelligent, especially when it comes to how to create leadership. He just came out with an awesome book, Leadership, Strategy and Tactics.

I'm probably three quarters of the way through it. As seasoned of a leader as I am in business, I still picked up a shitload of valuable info out of it.
