Ben explained that the original 2020 edition was a massive 600page "Bible of biohacking", and the revised edition ended up even longer but packed with the newest research.

"

I want to talk about your new book, Boundless. Originally, you put this out in 2020. I think it was 600 pages. It really was the Bible of biohacking.

Once you throw in biohacking and stem cells and peptides, longevity, antiaging, gut, diets, there's so much new research on an ongoing basis that a book like Boundless necessitated a little bit of an update. I thought, well, I could write a whole new book or I could just update this one. I wish I could tell you that I made it shorter. It wound up getting longer. However, I'm pretty proud of the final results. It's got a lot of juicy stuff in there that's the newest, latest research to help people out.
