It's really about, it's a story of our lessons learned. It's like we did it all the wrong ways from the top down about where we are as a business, what our needs are, what our problems are, so that people on the front lines can go solve it.
And so when we rebooted the company in 2015, at the end of 2015, beginning of 2016, at that point I didn't think about company culture or kind of at all, it was just like, it was just we were a bunch of people in a room trying to solve problems, like that's, and we were only 30 people.
