Well, I have a book coming out and unlike I think many other podcasters in our space, I didn't write a crime book. I wrote a children's book.
It's not a children's book about crime either, right? It has nothing to do with crime at all. I've been very influenced by children's books over the years, I think, because when I was young, I loved reading them or having my mom read them to me. And then when I got older and had my own kids, I loved reading them children's books. So I wanted to write a book that came from within me. So I wrote about the joys of getting a new pet.

She did all the illustrations and really helped me out because publishing a book, you might think it's easy, but there are all these little things you have to know to make it go smoothly.
