An author who is a music critic by the name of Stephen Hyden came out with a book called Your Favorite Band is Killing Me. He says arguing against the Beatles being the greatest band in the world is like arguing against gravity because there are so few things that the world comes together to agree on, and pretty much the world agrees that the Beatles are the greatest band of all time.
He essentially says that challenging the Beatles' greatness is as absurd as challenging gravity itself.
