Lori ... best-selling author of A Tribe Called Bliss.
I have a book that is called A Tribe Called Bliss. At the time, I was doing an event called The Bliss Project. Essentially in the book, I define bliss as a place you create for yourself, not external. The book is based off of the event, with exercises we did, and it's about breaking through superficial relationships and finding your purpose. The book essentially is the four agreements book that I absolutely love, covering the seven agreements of relationships.
Episode: Lori Harder: The Art of Pivoting, How to Reinvent...
She explained that the book originated from her Bliss Project event and combines exercises to break superficial relationships, discover purpose, and cultivate an internal sense of bliss.
I know you have a book that is called A Tribe Called Bliss. Can you talk to us about what a bliss tribe is? At the time I was doing an event called The Bliss Project. It was a book I defined bliss as more of a place that you create for yourself. It's not external, it's all internal. It's what you decide in your life you can experience bliss right now and in order to create and build a life that you want even more I'm not saying you shouldn't have the things or have it all because I do believe you should but you have to find that place within yourself and so the book was based off of the event because I put a lot of the exercises that we did in the event into the book and the book is about breaking through superficial relationships and finding your purpose and that's what the event essentially was about too because we broke everyone out. It was so many group exercises and I was just for watching these women transform finding and connecting to these other groups of likeminded women and so the book essentially is the Four Agreements book that I absolutely love.
