There's a book by a guy named Alan Carlson, I think it was, it's called The Natural Family and Where It Belongs. And I had another basically radicalizing moment for me, was reading this and realizing this man said so many things that I didn't know how to say.
He described the setup of farmstead and neighboring farmstead that care for each other and that did a lot of life together was the most intuned and connected, spiritually we could probably say we have been as a society or a community.
