I encourage everyone to read Odyssey Moscow, One American's Journey from Russia to Prisoner of the State. I'm glad you got out alive because that's literally always on the table. It was very healthy for me to do this and write a book in an honest way.
There's a wonderful voice actor named Arthur Moray who did it. So it's on Audible now. He did a great job. I narrated the epilogue and the acknowledgements, but he made a great effort to pronounce all the Russian words right.
