This book is not about policy per se. It's a storybook. I use stories to make my points about policy.
The book is funny. It is interesting. It gives you stories behind the scenes of what's going on in the U.S. Senate. John Kennedy rats out all his colleagues, he makes them embarrassed, he makes them curl up.
