And you actually wrote a book. I'll just read the title, which sort of tells you what you said. It's called The Myth of Independence, How Congress Governs the Federal Reserve.
So I co-wrote a book with a buddy, Mark Spindell, who's a finance person. And what we did is to go back into the history of the Fed and to ask this question, is the Fed really independent?
