We followed suit by writing a book called Stuff They Don't Want You To Know.
It's designed and written in such a way that it's not going to feel anybody feel strange for holding beliefs that maybe you don't have, that you don't hold.
This is not an encyclopedic look at the most popular or prevalent conspiracy theories in the western world...
It's especially important if you have someone in your life who does question everything and maybe tends to believe what they see on social media more than let's say what a mainstream news channel would be saying.

Yeah, to my knowledge, we were able to fit everything we wanted to in there. We did have to pare it down to government only stuff from all the research we gathered.
The cryptid chapter, cryptozoology chapter is one of my favorites. And maybe paranormal stuff, right?
Oh, yeah, yeah. Oh, gosh, we went deep on that, too. Basically, we have another book is what we're saying. We kind of have another book that will have to be on the way to soon.

And that slogan was originally from a DraftKings piece of copy for an ad, right? Be Like Mike or some other. Be Like Mike. Maybe it was a casino. It was Mike Jordan, right?
You know, this Be Like Mike is an example of an advertising slogan that we use in a chapter of our book on propaganda, on the stuff they don't want you to know.
So you probably woke up today before you heard this and you had some source reaching out to you that said, Hey, buy this or hey, try that. Or hey, especially now in the US, vote for or against this person.

Episode: Book Excerpt: Assassinations
It was discussed as the podcast hosts' book which they turned into an audiobook and physical book, featuring a chapter on coups and assassinations.
"
You've heard Matt, Noel and yours truly talk about this, this book thing we did that we're really excited about.
And they came out in an audio book platform as well, or an audio book format, I should say.
This is an excerpt from our actual audio book.
And what you're about to hear is that chapter, sort of. We cut some stuff out. We cut out three minutes. Wait, no, no, Matt, don't tell. Three bonus minutes.
And that way there'll be something fresh for you when you go back and listen to the audio book in full or by the book.
The entire book has contributions from all three of us.
So this is a new experience, I think, for all of us.
But that was a part that never really occurred to me that like because of certain search features in audio books and things like that, you have to read it verbatim so that they can reference it and match it back to the text.
And you can only hear them through our audio book or if you check out our print book and read it out loud to yourself.
Make your make your own audio book. It can be an activity for the whole family.
We're like, did you know the United States has been correct me if I'm wrong here? I believe successfully backed in some way coups in countries across the world. Thirty five times. Yeah, minimum thirty five. Thirty five proven times.
So our chapter on coups and assassinations, we look at some of these unpleasant facts and we learn why assassinations continue to be a go to tactic of governments around the world.
They're not the only good guys in geopolitics, and they're definitely doing the stuff they don't want you to know.
So we hope you enjoy it. We can't wait to hear your thoughts.
We'll be back at the very end of this excerpt.
Chapter six, coups and assassinations.
On October 11th, as my monster truck announcer voice produces sort of lackluster, the Stuff They Don't Want You To Know book and audiobook will be unleashed, dare I say, released on the public, the unsuspecting or in your case, suspecting public, we'd really appreciate if you bought those things.
I think sometimes it's cool to have both, because it really is, you're going to get a chance to hear us fumble our way through an audiobook reading.
And I think we all did a fine job.
I don't know why I'm being self-deprecating there on all of our behalves.
That was inappropriate of me.
But seriously, there is something to being able to listen to it.
This is the kind of book you can also reread.
I mean, it really is like the actual physical book really just looks really nice on your coffee table with illustrations by our dear friend, mural artist, graphic designer extraordinaire, Nick Admiral Turbo Benson.
It is a lovely piece to have at your house and to give as gifts to your friends and family.
