You know one of my summer reads was the Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton. I know it's been around forever, but for me, it was brand new. It's amazing. And he's got five decades of experience in the field.
I think it's in that book that Bruce says Dr. Dr Lipton says like only 2% of illnesses are actually genetic. The rest of it is the biology responding to what's going on with the beliefs that expectation becomes a physically manifested reality. It's it's science.
