I had never anticipated that my career would take the turn that it has now and that I am in this space that I am now.

I never thought that I'd be on a morning show with the title former Capitol Police Officer attached to it.

But, you know, I it's a little it's a little heartbreaking, a little bit, one for selfish personal reasons, but also for the direction that our country is headed in.
