Dark Days A Memoir

I wrote a book several years ago called Dark Days. It did pretty well.

I think for me, I don't think it was so much a...I studied some...some meditation techniques via Zen Buddhism as well...so does in Buddhism my friend Brad Warner is a Buddhist teacher in that school...and that sitting still in and recognizing reality...that came from some sort of meditation that practice that served me well reading some of uh epic teetus at that time I hadn't gotten into Marcus or really as her cynical yet but reading Epic teetus and trying to I think I internalize some of like his external conditions did not define his emotional state because he you know was a slave who was we don't know to what degree crippled I suppose
