He lives in Ohio and he and his wife decided to put a low ball offer on this like broken down house, mansion.
Like literally when he describes it, there's like sunshine coming through.
It's like the money pit. A hundred percent the money pit.
And the book is just a memoir of them fixing it up absolutely by themselves while they lived in it.
