It's truly a deep dive into the mind of an egocentric, sadistic serial killer.
Phelps even corresponded with the killer in jail. There's lots of interesting tidbits of their letters back and forth.
The killer was super paranoid about his letters being read, so he had these like intense, I wouldn't call it quirks, but like things that he did.
So go pick up a copy of this book. I mean, it's incredible work.
