It's incredibly emotional, vulnerable, heartbreaking, infuriating but there's still hope at the end and honestly it's quite an inspiring story.

So go make sure to grab a copy of Silent Sisters because I assure you a thousand percent this episode is nothing compared to the book.

I'm just so incredibly moved by this story but it does get a bit dark.
