Yeah, I came out a couple of years ago and I spoke about with Yuval Noah Harari, the author of Homer, Deus and Sapiens.

We spoke about boredom on the podcast and we were going to start the boredom movement.

We were like, you should have X amount of time every day where you allow yourself to be bored.

Yes, yes.

That you allow yourself to not do anything.

And maybe, like you said with your children, we'd actually do something innately creative and magical and beautiful.

Maybe you won't, maybe you'll just be bored.

Just be bored, yeah.

But it's healthy for the mind and the brain.
